They support the entire payment value chain across the Industry for 66 global clients representing 80 million customer accounts generating over 18 billion transactions. They process more than 3 million merchant accounts. To support their customers’ growth over the years with flexibility, DXC needed a futureproof solution to run their payment processing activities through regional data centres, especially its merchant processing activities.

One of DXC customers, a global multi-national merchant,needed to improve their insights into customer behaviour, reduce the cost of payment by optimising interchange costs and reduce operating and maintenance costs generated by their legacy mainframes systems.

They needed to manage multiple operating, reporting and service models. HPS, a leading payment software company, provided a global consolidated, centralised, and standardised payment platform to support DXC merchant processing activities and meet their customers’ needs.
